In this section, you will find the answers to the most common questions about our services and all the information you need to start working with us.
Submit your files via e-mail ( contact@linguafranca.com.ua) along with the description of a job and additional details we need to know to carry on with the task. We will confirm the receive. Then we will provide you with a free quote. In case you want us to go with translation, we will send you an invoice. Make an online payment through Zelle, PayPal, ACH transfer, or Wire Transfer. We will deliver translated files by e-mail.
We will create an FTP account for you, so you will be able to upload the files using your browser or any other FTP client software or simply File Explorer (Windows). Also, you will be able to easily update the files, review translations, and provide additional materials.
We accept most of the widely used document file formats, including:
ACH Transfers, Zelle, PayPal, Wire Transfer
LinguaFranca does not utilize machine translation (MT) technologies. All our texts are edited and proofread by highly professional native speaker translators. We employ cutting-edge translation memory and terminology management tools to minimize costs and maximize quality. Also, LinguaFranca distributes tasks between offices in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S in smart ways.
